Have you ever eaten kangaroo meat?

Suddenly, have you ever eaten kangaroo meat? It's not widely distributed in Japan, isn't it?

I've eaten it in Australia (it's usually sold at supermarkets), but it has a lot of lean meat and little fat, and it tastes like "meat!" It's a habit. I am happy that it is high in protein and low in calories and cholesterol.

When you bring it to your mouth, the aroma peculiar to grilled meat will tickle your nose. I can't wait ...! When cheeked, it is crispy and crispy, and it is moist and soft! It has a fine texture and looks like roast beef. There is no streak.

Seasoned with a special garlic sauce. In addition to garlic and butter, Japanese-style seasonings such as soy sauce, mirin, and sake, chopped onions, and shallot are added to suit the taste of Japanese people.

Steak to taste simply with garlic sauce

The more you chew, the more juicy the meat tastes, and the garlic and butter flavors of the sauce blend together . Kangaroos have a unique scent like "aged meat", which is different from cows and pigs, but they are not beasty. It's lean and refreshing, so it's crazy.
