Saizeriya's summer grand menu has been revised. The En-Etsu editorial staff tried some of the new menu items that we were curious about! Here is a summary of the tasty items. Try the new menu item, "Rump Steak of Lamb"! This steak is made from the lean and tender part of lamb from the loin to the buttocks. Since only a small amount of rump can be obtained, the thickness and ratio of lean and fatty meat varies depending on the individual, but the original flavor of the lamb can be tasted no matter which one you try. Enjoy it with Sicilian sea salt or addictive spices as you like.

Spinach Kutakuta

I actually ordered and tried "Spinach Kutakuta ", a new menu item at Saizeriya. Spinach is simmered until it is completely cooked. It is accented with milky delicious Grand Moravia cheese.

Amarena

I actually ordered and tried Amarena, a new summer dessert offered by Saizeriya. It is an iced cake accented with sweet and sour dark cherries, and is small enough to eat in three or four bites. It is just the right size for when you want something a little sweet after dinner. And the bright red sauce on the surface is adorable~!
