The "Twin Puff (Apple Cream & Whipped) (Nagano Apples)" is a puff pastry filled with a combination of apple cream and thick whipped cream, which is a combination of sauce with juice from Nagano apples, custard, and whipped cream. The fruit juice sauce with Nagano apple juice is made with water syrup to create a refreshing and elegant sweetness, enhancing the refreshing sourness and sweetness of the apples. The price is 167 yen (tax included).
Local Cream Puffs
The "Local Cream Puff" series is scheduled to launch its second product, "Twin Puff (Shine Muscat Cream & Whip) (Shine Muscat from Yamanashi Prefecture)" in June, and its third product, "Twin Puff (Shonan Gold Cream & Whip) (Shonan Gold from Kanagawa Prefecture)" in July, both using citrus fruits developed in Kanagawa Prefecture. In August and beyond, cream puffs using specialties from other regions in the Kanto Koshinetsu region are scheduled to go on sale as well.
