It was announced on the official website that "Kuzumizu Yokan" has appeared as Mizuyokan from Moriyachi. A smooth-tasting dish made from Hodatsukuzu in Ishikawa Prefecture.

According to Moriyachi, Hodatsukuzu has a history of more than 450 years and has been used as a kudzu for the Kaga domain. Is said to be the origin. It was also used as a gift from the Kaga domain to the Tokugawa shogunate during the Edo period, and is said to have a history of being presented to the then crown prince, Emperor Taisho, during the Meiji period.

This time, it will be used for water yokan, and three flavors will be prepared: "Keiden no Kuro", "Kaga Bar Tea", and "Uji Matcha". The official online shop sells different numbers of assortments.
