Lotus root

According to Moriyachi, lotus root is a registered trademark of Moriyachi. Among the many traditional cool confectionery, it is said to be white eyebrows, and its fresh flavor is said to be unique.

Only the new "Kosaka lotus root", which is one of the Kaga vegetables, is used. Kosaka lotus root is a traditional product that has been cultivated since the time of Maeda Tsunanori, the 5th feudal lord of the Kaga domain. It is said that this characteristic is utilized in Kaga dishes such as lotus root steamed rice cake and lotus root rice cake.

Lotus root is not a regular yokan-like bean paste and kneaded yokan, but only sugar, agar, and new Kosaka lotus root are used to enjoy a crispy texture and a strong and unique taste.
