The recipe "Yakisoba Noodles Karasoba-style" that I came up with when I couldn't use up one pack of yakisoba noodles was really delicious, so let me introduce it! You can make it in less than 5 minutes.

"Karasoba" is a local dish that uses canned mackerel and "Yaeyama soba", which is popular in Okinawa and Ishigaki Island. It's a simple but addictive recipe that you can make by just putting two ingredients in a bag and squeezing them in. This time, instead of Yaeyama soba, I will use yakisoba noodles.

1 bag of yakisoba noodles 1 can of mackerel miso

And let's prepare a plastic bag. The powder sauce that comes with yakisoba is not used this time, but you can arrange it for fried rice, fried food, and seasoning of grilled food.

● How to make

Put the yakisoba noodles in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the amount), and wrap it gently. Heat this in a microwave oven (500W) for 2 and a half to 3 minutes.

● What is the taste of soba noodles?

It's the best !! It's too horsey ~ !! The smooth and smooth noodles are exquisitely blended with the mellow sweetness of mackerel miso, and it has an unstoppable taste. And the richness and umami of the fat that exudes every time you chew the soft mackerel. The slightly strong seasoning derived from canned food is perfect for the lunch menu (beer companion) on the day when you should drink from daytime today!

You can also add garlic or sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper to make it punchy.

If you don't have a plastic bag that you can use, you can add the mackerel can directly to the container with the noodles and mix it as it is. However, I feel that if you put it in a plastic bag and rub it in, the taste will be more familiar and you will feel a sense of unity, so I personally recommend that you rub it in a bag!
