This tuna, called the King of Tuna, is served as raw tuna that has never been frozen since it was landed. Raw tuna is characterized by its moist texture and rich umami because water and umami ingredients do not go out. Due to its rarity and difficulty in maintaining its freshness, it is traded at a high price, but this time we will sell domestically produced tuna and lean meat at a consistent price of 308 yen (tax included), which is unique to Kappa Sushi.
