Kura Sushi "Seasonal Extreme Adult Sushi"

At each Kura Sushi store, the first products "Burning Setouchi Bora" and "Hamachi no Sesame Soy Sauce Pickled" were released on December 4th from "Seasonal Extreme Adult Sushi" that appears as an "adult menu". It will be on sale until December 17, and the price is 110 yen (tax included).

"Seasonal Extreme Adult Sushi" is a menu that aims to satisfy adult customers with abundant eating experience while drawing out the umami of seasonal fish. Under the supervision of Mr. Katsuhiko Ueda, a “fish evangelist” who knows all about fish, the sushi is finished so that you can feel the individuality and flavor of domestically produced natural fish.

"Burning of Setouchi mullets" uses offshore mullets caught in the Seto Inland Sea. Also called "Ayu", it has a unique scent of fish. In order to make the best use of its individuality, the scent and umami are brought out by roasting the skin with a cooking method called "baking". Furthermore, by topping with yuzu pepper, you can add aroma and spiciness to the taste, which is a favorite for adults.

On the other hand, "Hamachi's sesame soy sauce pickles" uses natural yellowtail with a light and firm taste. In order to take advantage of the light taste that is characteristic of natural products, we applied a cooking method called "Ryukyu" (pickled in Rikyu), which is often eaten by fishermen in Kyushu. By soaking in sesame soy sauce and condiments, the original taste of natural yellowtail is enhanced.

Also, from the same day, the December fair "Honzuwai Gani VS Natural Honmaguro" is being held. In addition to the featured product "Oversized Snow Crab (Consistent)", "Natural Tuna Top Lean" and "Spilled Two Kinds" will be offered for a limited time.
