At each Kappa Sushi store, the "Domestic Proud Neta Fair" will be held from February 4th to February 28th.

This is part of the "Domestic Fish Relay Sales Project" in which Kappa Sushi hands over the entrusted baton to customers by receiving domestic fish from all over the country whose shipments have been stagnant due to the corona damage. Many domestic fish sushi will appear. The lineup is below.

Domestic Natural Southern Bluefin Tuna Toro

It is characterized by its firm body and rich, sticky taste without any habit. The sweetness and melting of the natural fat in the middle part is as delicious as the real tuna. Consistently 198 yen (tax included, same below).

A high-class fish that is said to be one of the "Buri Gosanke" along with yellowtail and amberjack. You can enjoy the light taste, the transparent and beautiful body, and the chewy texture. Consistently 198 yen.

Freshly caught frozen and carefully selected with high freshness. A combination of refreshing yuzu and salt or perilla that goes well with the chewy texture. 110 yen for each two pieces.
