2nd Tokyo Station Bowl Grand Prix
The strongest bowls of COSPA are gathered at Tokyo Station!

Today November 10th is "Good Bowl Day". Along with this, the "Tokyo Station Bowl Grand Prix" is being held at Tokyo Station to determine the "top" of the bowl menu. Participants are restaurants in the commercial zone around the station, such as Kitchen Street, Kurofuku Yokocho, Kitamachi Dining, and Gransta.

This is the second time since last year (2016), and there are 74 types of bowls in total (of which 70 are limited to Tokyo Station). From among these, the "top 10 popular bowls" were decided by a vote by the general public who ate the bowl during the target period!

[No. 1] Tempura Keyaki "Seasonal Tendon (Autumn Rain Poem)" (1,800 yen, tax included, same below)
The grand prix was "Seasonal Tendon (Autumn Rain Poem)" by Tempura Keyaki. "Autumn Isshiki" Tendon with autumn ingredients from the sea, mountains, and villages such as Hokkaido salmon, saury, salmon roe, and pumpkin. It is luxuriously finished with lemon on saury and salmon roe on autumn salmon without sauce.

[2nd place] Fruit garden "Donburi to eat at the fruit garden" (1,080 yen)
It is a fruit parlor that I covered even when I ate it before, and a fruit bowl in the fruit garden. A vivid item that makes full use of the fruit-cutting technique unique to specialty stores. You can choose the topping sauce to add to the fruit.

[3rd place] Yoshikazu Tsukiji "Edomae jewel bowl of flowers and beauty" (2,160 yen)
Authentic Edomae chirashizushi, which is carefully prepared one by one with carefully selected fish from the Tsukiji market and served with autumn fish. The orderly arrangement of sushi ingredients is beautiful to look at, and is it a waste to eat?

[4th place] Okowa Yonehachi "Autumn-filled Magewappa Don" (1,188 yen)
A bowl of sweet and spicy beef sukiyaki, half-ripe egg, pine mushrooms, grilled saury from Hokkaido, simmered autumn vegetables, sweet potatoes, chestnuts, and other autumn flavors.

[5th place] Asakusa Imahan "Beef bowl" (2,525 yen)
A volume bowl with a total weight of about 800g (28.22oz) (!). You can enjoy the abundant Sendai beef and the whole sukiyaki pot soaked with secret sauce such as yaki-dofu and shiitake mushrooms.

[6th place] Tempura Tenkiyo "Autumn Oedo Tendon" (1,800 yen)
In response to last year's encore, the popular autumn Oedo Tendon is back. Two shrimp, conger eel, autumn salmon, salmon roe, pumpkin, etc.

[7th place] Kyoto Obanzai Nomura "Autumn Fruit Yuba Don" (700 yen)
A special bowl of Yuba-don, which is limited to stores, with grilled salmon, chestnuts, sweet potatoes, and mizuna. You can enjoy the unique taste of Yuba and Obanzai at the same time.

[8th place] Nishimurabiyori "Akashiyaki Don" (1,500 yen plus tax)
A bowl of Akashiyaki served on top of rice (8 pieces). It is topped with tororo kelp and Kujo green onions. Sprinkle the soup stock of Rishiri kelp and taste both the soft Akashiyaki and Ochazuke.

[9th place] Tokyo US BARU Takewaka "Beauty Bowl" (580 yen)
A bowl of mentaiko, fried whitebait, and salmon, which is particular about nutrients. The rice is 180g (6.35oz). It looks good for a light lunch, a supper, or a drink.

[No. 10] Fish place Tsukiji Nakashima "Autumn color three meal bowl" (1,280 yen)
A luxurious bowl set of rice cooked with specially selected tuna pickles, large eel chazuke using domestic eel, matsutake mushrooms, and mushrooms with ginkgo.
