Jonathan "Tohoku / Sanriku Support" Fair

The "Tohoku / Sanriku Support" fair will start on April 22nd at each Jonathan store. Three types of rice bowls made with ingredients from Tohoku and Sanriku will be sold in limited quantities. Until May 9th.

"Oysters and scallops with miso soup" is a sweet and spicy seasoning of oysters from Miyagi grown in the sea and the blessed sea of the mountains, and scallops from Aomori Mutsu Bay where the melted snow of Mt. Hakkoda flows. It is a bowl full of umami. The price is 1,429 yen (tax included, same below).

"Sanriku seafood! Colorful seafood bowl (with miso soup)" is a bowl packed with delicious Sanriku seafood. Six kinds of seafood from Sanriku (salmon, swordfish, swordfish, octopus, squid, mekabu), tuna, ginger, and egg yolk are topped. It is recommended to break the yolk in the center and taste it with mekabu and myo. The price is 1,429 yen.

"Aomori Wagyu Michinoku Don (with miso soup and Jonathan salad)" uses Aomori Wagyu beef of grade 4 or higher. The flavorful Michinoku Wagyu beef steak that has been baked quickly is combined with Japanese-style soy sauce garlic sauce. The price is 1,999 yen.
