The Royal Host will host the Omar Shrimp & Steak Fair under the auspices of the Prince Edward Island Tourism Board, East Canada. It is available from March 3rd to early July.

Omar shrimp is characterized by its thick, crispy and elastic texture. This time, the ones delivered from the east coast of Canada and Prince Edward Island are used, and they are cut in half and grilled with gold skewers, so you can enjoy them in a casual and easy-to-eat form. A total of 7 types of menus are prepared, and the contents and selling prices of each are as follows. All notations do not include tax.

Island seafood platter

"Island Seafood Platter-Grilled Omar Shrimp (4) & Moules Frites-" is 3,380 yen separately. A dish that combines four grilled Omar shrimp and mussels to give you a taste of Prince Edward Island. You can enjoy it by squeezing the lemon if you like.

Grill & salad

"Grilled Omar Shrimp & Kale Salad" is 1,780 yen separately. A gorgeous menu with grilled Omar shrimp and kale salad. Omar shrimp version of the popular "Angus sirloin steak salad".

"Grilled Omar Shrimp" is 1,380 yen for two single items and 700 yen for one. Omar shrimp cut in half is juicy baked in the oven and simply finished with extra virgin olive oil. It comes with a gold skewer and can be easily removed from the shell, and you can easily hold it in your hand and eat it.

Doria

"Omar shrimp seafood doria" is 1,980 yen separately. A dish with juicy baked Omar shrimp on top of seafood rear, where you can enjoy a thick texture, rich aroma and umami. If you squeeze the lemon, you can enjoy the rich sauce and the acidity.

pilaf

"Omar shrimp saffron pilaf" is 1,780 yen separately. Saffron rice served on a hot Mino-yaki plate, sprinkled with colorful vegetables, grilled Omar shrimp, mussels from Prince Edward Island, cream croquette of crimson crab, served with butter soy sauce I am. You can also enjoy it by squeezing the lemon, breaking the cream croquette, and mixing it with rice.

"Grilled Omar shrimp and red snow crab cream croquette & Angus sirloin steak (100g (3.53oz))" is 2,380 yen separately. A small steak combined with grilled Omar shrimp and red snow crab cream croquette. A mixed grill where you can enjoy steak and seafood at the same time.

"Grilled Omar Shrimp & Angus Sirloin Steak" is 3,180 yen for 225g (7.94oz) and 4,680 yen for 450g (15.87oz). A combination of steak and grilled Omar shrimp.
