Sasa mille crepe: Cocoa crepe layered with whipped cream and fresh whipped cream, sandwiched between four layers of crispy chocolate. The top surface is finished with two types of sauces to create the image of "sasa," which is made up of multiple layers of linear chocolate. While maintaining the delicate appearance and melt-in-your-mouth feel of "Sasa," the crispy texture and flavor of the chocolate has been further enhanced.
Lotte's "Sasa" is a long-selling chocolate created in 1995. It is made by weaving approximately 1,350 strands of chocolate into a thin line of approximately 1.5 mm. It is characterized by its delicate and beautiful appearance like silk fabric, its crispy texture, and the delicate melt-in-your-mouth sensation of several kinds of chocolate.
Ginza KOJI CORNER "Mille Crepe"uses casonade (brown sugar), which is delicately sweet and has a gorgeous aroma. The flavorful crepe is carefully layered with a mild cream made from mascarpone. You can enjoy the gentle taste of the crepe and cream layers.
