JonathanI'm eating family restaurant steaks to solve the question, "I don't eat much family restaurant steaks, but are they delicious?" Go to "Jonathan" this time!
There are two types of steaks on Jonathan's grand menu. "Beef rib roast steak [soy sauce garlic sauce]" (1,799 yen, tax not included, same below) and "beef cut steak". You can choose from 200g (7.05oz) for the former and 140g (4.94oz) (1,099 yen) and 210g (7.41oz) (1,499 yen) for the latter.
Beef ribeye steak [soy sauce garlic sauce]A splendid steak using moderately marbled rib roast meat. It has plenty of soy sauce garlic sauce and is accompanied by potatoes, broccoli, young corn and so on.
As expected, 200g (7.05oz) of steak is huge! It is about 1 cm thick. When you cut it and stretch it, you will be greeted by a firm and meaty texture. The more you chew, the more umami will come out. Easy to eat without streaks.
The soy sauce-based Japanese-style garlic sauce enhances the taste of light meat with its mild saltiness and refreshing acidity. It also erases the thick feeling of plump fat. I'm glad that the garlic feeling isn't too strong.
Beef cut steakThe lean steak is cut into 5 cm squares and served. The thickness is about 6 to 7 mm. It's a little thin. Garnished vegetables are the same as beef ribeye steak.
It's crispy and soft! The juicy sweetness of the fat melts away. delicious! Although it's thin. It tastes more like grilled meat than steak. Seasoned with Japanese-style teriyaki sauce. The sweet and spicy junk of teriyaki is addictive.
Jonathan Steak Eating ComparisonRibulose has a solid meat quality and is moderately fat, and you can fully get the satisfaction of "I'm eating steak!". On the other hand, cut steak is bite-sized and soft, and it is easy to eat, so even people who are not confident in their tooth strength can enjoy it. If you want to eat The Steak, we recommend rib roast.
Also, personally, I was so happy that both of them were accompanied by a whole potato with skin.
Now that you've eaten Saizeriya , Royal Host , and Jonathan's steaks, the prices, sizes, and seasonings vary. Of course, each one is delicious, but in terms of "cospa", Saizeriya is still one step ahead.
Next time, I will try to attack Coco's steak.
