Yoshoku Kosara Beef Stew & Tomato Sauce Omelet" is an omelet of chicken rice rolled up in an egg and topped with a garlicky tomato sauce with sautéed onions. The sourness and sweetness of the tomato sauce and the flavor of the egg are said to be well balanced. It has been combined with beef stew, a standard Western dish. Retail price is 2,178 yen (tax included, same below).

The rich flavor of the cream sauce goes well with the tomato flavor of the buttery eggs and chicken rice. It can be enjoyed with Angus sirloin steak. The selling price is 2,728 yen.

The "Western Small Plate Black and Black Hamburger Steak and Crab Pilaf" is a combination of the classic "Black and Black Hamburger Steak" and "Crab Pilaf". The pilaf is made with buttered rice, crab meat, sauteed onions, green peppers, and a hint of butter and soy sauce. This dish is served with crab meat and under the claws. The selling price is 2,728 yen.

The One Pound Steak with Potatoes, Cream, Kale and Broccoli is made with Certified Angus Beef (CAB), a USDA-grade beef that is grilled in a grid pattern before being oven-baked. The grilled onions are placed in the oven with the steak to bring out the flavors of the meat and give it a candy brown color.

The steak comes in a one-pound (450g (15.87oz)) size, and is said to offer the flavor of fat and meat, as well as the chewiness and volume of a thick cut. It is priced at 4,708 yen.
