Maguro no Ohagi (Tuna Sushi)

As an evolution of tuna sushi, this dish is made by combining negi-maguro with takuan (taro root), which has a nice texture, and wrapping it in shari, giving it the appearance of an o-hagi (a rice ball with a sweet bean paste). It is available from August 2 to August 27. Prices start at 120 yen.

Natural Pacific bluefin tuna Nakafoshi Gunkan

Sushiro "Natural Indian Tuna Gunkan (Breaded Bundled Bundle)".

Gunkan Sushi made from the rare mid-fall of natural Indian tuna, also known as the "King of Tuna in Minami," and priced from 120 yen. Available from August 2 to August 27. Prices start at 260 yen.
