Sushiro "Summer Special Festival"

Sushiro stores will hold the "Summer Special Festival" from August 2, featuring the most reasonable "yellow plate" price of popular "Tokuneta Chutoro" and other dishes. Also available from the same day will be the limited time offer "Strawberry Rare Cheese and Baked Double Layer Cheese Cake".

This year's "Summer Special" features natural yellowfin tuna in super-large slices. Also, the popular "Tokuneta Chutoro", which is usually served on a red plate, will be available for a limited time only on a yellow plate, which is the most affordable.

Super Large Cut Yellowfin Tuna

Sushiro's buyers carefully purchase yellowfin tuna, which is cut into super-sized slices for an outstandingly satisfying dish. Available from August 2 to August 27. Prices start at 120 yen.

Tokuneta Chutoro (medium fatty tuna)

The medium fatty tuna is carefully selected to have a good balance of fat and lean meat. Enjoy the sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the lean meat at a more reasonable price. Available from August 2 to August 27. Prices start from 120 yen.

Ookiri Eel

Ideal for summer when you want to build up stamina, this sushi features a large slice of eel called "daikiri unagi" (big eel). The meat is steamed to make it plump and juicy, and then grilled to finish it off, resulting in a concentrated flavor. Available from July 19 to August 20. Prices start at 180 yen.

Maguro no Ohagi (Tuna Sushi)

As an evolution of tuna sushi, this dish is made by combining negi-maguro with takuan (taro root), which has a nice texture, and wrapping it in shari, giving it the appearance of an o-hagi (a rice ball with a sweet bean paste). It is available from August 2 to August 27. Prices start at 120 yen.

Natural Pacific bluefin tuna Nakafoshi Gunkan

Gunkan Sushi made from the rare mid-fall of natural Indian tuna, also known as the "King of Tuna in Minami," and priced from 120 yen. Available from August 2 to August 27. Prices start at 260 yen.

Salmon Mountain

A dish of Negimaguro tuna topped with a mountain of salmon and grilled salmon roe, topped with salmon roe. Available from August 2 to August 27. Prices start at ¥360.

Strawberry Rare Cheese and Baked Double Layer Cheesecake

A two-layer dessert consisting of strawberry-flavored rare cheese cake and baked cheese cake. The strawberry-flavored rare cheese cake has a strong strawberry flavor and a light, fluffy texture, while the baked cheese cake is baked slowly at a low temperature for a smooth texture. The baked cheesecake is baked slowly at a low temperature to ensure a smooth texture. It will be on sale from August 2 to August 27. The price is 220 yen.
