Like regular Basque cheesecake from June CHEESECAKE, it is sugar-free and sweetened with honey and starch syrup. Gluten-free, additive-free. As an accent, the cream of the dough has a slight cinnamon scent. A technique called infuser, a French cuisine, was used.

In addition to this, by trial and error, the original vivid color of Ruby Sweet is produced without coloring. No other apple pulp is used, and it is devised so that you can enjoy only the flavor of this variety.

The size of the cake is about 15 cm in diameter (size 5) and about 4 cm in height. It may change slightly depending on the state of baking. Best-by date is 4 days in the refrigerator (when unopened). Sales will end as soon as the red meat apples are sold out.
