Starbucks New Autumn Food Vol. 2
The theme for the Autumn season is "Our Harvest Table. The second volume of food items will feature seasonal ingredients such as pumpkin and sweet potato to make the most of the fall season, as well as purple Halloween-themed baked goods in a purple color to bring in the Halloween spirit.
Pumpkin Basque Cheesecake
This cheesecake is a perfect balance of the sweetness of pumpkin and the richness of cream cheese and whipped cream. The crumbled barley cookie dough is topped with pumpkin-flavored basque cheesecake with a hint of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger) and baked to perfection. The blackened surface adds a bitter accent. The coffee beans that go well with it are TOKYO Roast. Price: 510 yen (tax included, same as below).
Sweet Potato Chiffon Cake
Chiffon cake topped with golden sweet potato cream made from sweet potato paste. The moist and chunky chiffon dough is kneaded with cinnamon and baked sweet potato powder. The chiffon dough, whipped cream covering the chiffon dough, and sweet potato cream with gentle sweetness and smooth texture are a perfect match. The coffee bean that goes well with it is Starbucks Light Note Blend. The price is 440 yen.
Baked with pumpkin dice and paste in the dough, these scones are finished with a line of pumpkin coating and crispy, delightful pumpkin seeds. A hint of cinnamon enhances the sweetness of the pumpkin and adds a rich flavor and deep richness. Priced at 300 yen.
Mellow Raspberry in Halloween Cake
Baked chocolate cake filled with raspberry sauce and covered with a coating of blueberry powder. When warmed, the bright red raspberry sauce melts out from inside. The coffee beans that go well with it are Ethiopian. Price: 290 yen.
Mexican Avocado Salad Wrap
A salad wrap consisting of lettuce, red bell pepper, Mexican cobb salad, avocado broccoli salad, tuna pressed barley salad, Mexican sauce and sour cream salad wrapped in a tortilla colored with paprika. The spicy Mexican sauce is combined with the refreshing sour cream salad to create a flavor that makes you want to eat it again and again. Priced at 465 yen.
Hojicha Mousse with Almond Milk
A perfect balance of richly flavored hojicha mousse, smooth almond milk whipped cream, and savory graham crackers. The surface topping is accented with hojicha powder and roasted walnuts. The price is 485 yen.
