A new product following the handmade kit that allows you to enjoy "Okoncha Warabi Latte" and "Japanese Black Tea Brown Sugar Warabi Latte" released in May at home. The "Okoncha Shaved Ice Kit" is a freezing kit that allows you to make your own shaved ice syrup using matcha from Uji. A set of high-quality matcha, special sugar (washed soybean sugar / rare sugar), 3 matcha warabi mochi, 2 shiratama, and 35 g of azuki beans.


Simply sprinkle "Okoncha syrup", which is a mixture of matcha powder with washed soybean sugar syrup and rare sugar, on shaved ice and serve with toppings. You can enjoy it more deliciously by sprinkling ice and syrup alternately. Matcha is made from the highest quality matcha from Uji, Kyoto, so it is rich but has almost no bitterness.


The price is 2,880 yen for 3 meals (tax included, same below). The price is 960 yen per kit, which is 20% off the store price.

If you want to enjoy it more easily, we recommend the "Kakigori syrup" that has been mixed with the "golden ratio" in advance. You can enjoy a higher-grade shaved ice with a rich flavor just by sprinkling it on the shaved ice. There are four flavors: Uji Matcha, Strawberry, Zunda, and Alfonso Mango. Not only as a shaved ice syrup, but also as a latte mixed with milk.
