This year's holiday season is themed "WINTER FACTORY" and will feature a variety of seasonal products and installations that will allow visitors to experience Roastery Tokyo's unique craftsmanship through all five senses.The lineup includes the "Merry Cream Craft Caramel Latte," which combines mascarpone cream and sweet caramel, and two tea beverages that will be available from November 10 to February 14, 2024. Merry Cream Craft Caramel Latte
The Craft Caramel Latte, a Roastery Tokyo classic with a rich aroma, just the right amount of saltiness, and a hint of bitterness from the burnt caramel, is topped with Merry Cream. The caramel is slowly heated in the kiln in pursuit of a perfect match with Starbucks Reserve espresso, and is layered with the rich flavor of mascarpone cheese. The price is 1,050 yen (tax included) for in-store use and 1,031 yen for take-out.

This innovative tea latte combines rooibos tea with shiro-miso and Japanese mustard cream. The natural sweetness unique to rooibos tea is combined with the mild and moderately salty white miso, and the unexpected sweetness invites you to take the next sip. The light earthiness and penetrating aroma of the Japanese mustard gently accompanies the dish, making it a cup of food culture that is uniquely Japanese. Priced at 1,050 yen for in-store use and 1,031 yen for take-out.
Joyful Medley Heart Warmer
A hot cocktail starring Joyful Medley, a gorgeous tea well-known at Starbucks Holiday, blended with three different flavors of tea leaves, mango and papaya. Amaretto, a liqueur with pronounced almond and apricot-like flavors, and plum wine complement the bright flavor of the tea, while the gentle sweetness warms the body and soul. Garnished with seared apples and rosemary, this special drink adds to the festive atmosphere of this once-a-year celebration.
Price is 2,200 yen for in-store use. No take-out available. A spirit-free cocktail with the same flavor, but without alcohol, will also be available.
