pieces) "Godiva Matcha Truffle Assortment (4 pieces)" is a limited quantity and limited time item. Each of the four types of Matcha Truffles, Flower White, Matcha Truffles Bird Dark, Matcha Truffles Wind Milk, and Matcha Truffles Young Leaves White, are made from Nishio Matcha produced in Aichi Prefecture, which is characterized by its deep green color, elegant aroma, mild flavor and richness, and is produced using the traditional methods of shelf cultivation and tea grinding. Each of the four types of truffles is packaged in an original box.

Hana-White

"Matcha Truffles Hana-White" are made of high-grade matcha "Hana" used in the tea ceremony and Belgian white chocolate ganache with a hint of burnt butter, covered with Belgian white chocolate. The mildness of the white chocolate that spreads in the mouth and the refined taste, aroma and flavor of matcha "Hana" can be enjoyed together in this royal matcha truffle.

Dark

"Matcha Truffle Bird - Dark" is a ganache of matcha "Bird" with a mild astringent taste and a rich pistachio paste combined with almond praline, covered with Belgian dark chocolate. The bitter taste of the matcha "bird" and the crunchy texture of the sugar give the truffle a modern touch.
