A meat-like texture is reproduced using several types of soy protein. It features a vegetable texture and umami ingredients using bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and onions, and a chewy dough finished by a two-stage fermentation method. The company's vegetable-derived bouillon "JiAi Vegetable Bouillon" is used for some seasonings.
