A Chinese bun filled with ingredients reminiscent of the Korean dish bulgogi. The meat is a well-balanced combination of beef ribs and pork, and is seasoned by marinating it in a sauce. The sauce is based on re-fermented soy sauce, with mirin, sugar, sake, and two kinds of chili peppers added to create a deliciously spicy summery flavor. The vegetables stir-fried with the meat are green onions, carrots, and onions. The price is 168 yen.
