Juicy steamed buns overflowing with meaty flavor

More pork fat is used to increase the juiciness. Diced pork and minced pork are combined so that the flavor of the meat can be felt all the way through. The richness and umami have been enhanced by adding oyster sauce and long-aged soy sauce to the Japanese soup stock base. High quality flour is used for the dough, and the fermentation time is extended to enhance the flavor. The price is 149 yen (tax included).

The combination of four kinds of natural cheese (mozzarella, gouda, cheddar, and parmesan) and fresh tomato sauce with herbs has been re-composed to create a well-balanced sauce. The tomato sauce has a fresher taste by adding sweet and tasty rough tomatoes and spices (oregano and garlic) to solid tomatoes and tomato paste. The price is 149 yen.

Hokkaido-Tokachi azuki red bean tsubuan manju

An-man buns are made with Hokkaido-Tokachi azuki beans and refined sweet white granulated sugar, and then wrapped in a soft and fluffy texture dough made with high-quality flour. Hokkaido Tokachi azuki beans are used, which have a good flavor and retain their sweetness. The price is 138 yen.

Hokkaido azuki red bean sesame bean bun

Sesame bean buns are made with Hokkaido azuki beans and wrapped in a fluffy texture dough that combines black sesame paste and high-quality flour. The sweetness of the sesame bean paste is reduced to a refined sweetness that brings out the flavor of sesame. Price: 138 yen. Not available in Hokkaido.

Koshi-an buns made with Hokkaido azuki beans

Koshi-an man-man (sweet bean paste bun) is made with fresh and smooth Koshi-an made from Hokkaido azuki beans and wrapped in a soft and fluffy dough. The sweetness of the koshi-an is reduced to bring out the flavor of the azuki beans. The price is 138 yen. Available only in Hokkaido.

Specially selected steamed buns jointly developed by "Edo-sei" in Yokohama Chinatown

Weighing about twice as much as regular steamed buns, these buns are a reproduction of the "pig buns" that are popular in Chinatown and are very satisfying. The filling, which contains delicious meat, sweet cabbage, shrimp and other seafood ingredients, is wrapped in fluffy, chewy dough made by a two-stage aging process. Priced at 297 yen, it will go on sale on September 6.

A series of sweet Chinese buns unique to LAWSON will go on sale from October 11. The first product uses the popular hojicha tea. The first batch is made with the popular hojicha green tea and is wrapped in a chunky dough with a strong aroma of hojicha chocolate. Tencha" roasted over high heat is used, and the tea is grown in the mountains of Shizuoka Prefecture. Priced at 173 yen, it will go on sale on October 11.
