Ministop Chinese steamed bun

At each Ministop store, the standard autumn / winter product "Chukaman" will be released on August 28th. A lineup of 4 products.

"Aged dough meat bun" is a renewal product of the most popular "meat bun". Simple ingredients such as pork, onions, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms are re-prepared and seasoned with soy sauce and ginger. In order to enjoy the texture, coarsely ground minced meat is used for the meat compared to last year, and the dough is a chewy two-stage fermented aged dough. The price is 120 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

"Pizza Man with 4 Cheeses" is a renewal product of the most popular "Pizza Man". The tomato sauce is made from Italian rough tomatoes and tomato paste, and is rich in flavor with the addition of three types of herbs: basil, thyme, and oregano. For cheese, in addition to Gouda and mozzarella, cheddar with a mellow flavor and Parmigiano with rich flavor are used. The price is 120 yen.

"Cheese curry bun" is a Chinese bun wrapped in a deep and smooth curry containing 30 kinds of spices. Two types of cheese (Gouda cheese and mozzarella cheese) are carefully made to grow well. The price is 120 yen.

Anman sells either "Koshian" or "Tsubuan" depending on the area and store.

"Tokachi Koshianman (with sesame seeds)" is a Chinese steamed bun wrapped in smooth bean paste made by carefully straining red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. While taking advantage of the taste of azuki beans, black sesame and sesame oil are added to create a rich flavor. The price is 110 yen.

"Hokkaido Tsubuanman" is a Chinese steamed bun wrapped in bean paste with a grainy texture that enhances the original sweetness of Hokkaido azuki beans. It is well-balanced with the moist dough and can be enjoyed over time. The price is 110 yen.
