It is popular mainly in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. Three products supervised by "Menya Hanabi", which is known as the store where it originated, are now available.

"Taiwan Mazesoba-style meat bun supervised by Menya Hanabi" is a meat bun that combines a mellow rich egg yolk-style sauce and spicy Taiwan minced meat. The ratio of beef and pork is based on the composition of "Menya Hanabi" and is finished with a well-balanced taste. The price is 184 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


"Menya Hanabi Rich Shrimp Miso Ramen" is a rich miso ramen that you will want to eat in the cold season. The chewy and smooth noodles are entwined with miso soup, which is characterized by the taste and aroma of shrimp. The price is 212 yen.


"Baby Star Ramen Maru Menya Hanabi Taiwan Mazesoba Flavor" reproduces the taste of Taiwan Mazesoba from "Menya Hanabi" with the popular sweet "Baby Star Ramen Maru". It is a rich flavor of spicy noodles with soy sauce flavored with chili and garlic, with the flavor of Chinese chive and fishmeal added. The price is 140 yen.
