Sushiro will hold the "Kuroge Wagyu Festival" starting April 22 for a limited time, featuring a large selection of gorgeous items made from high-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef.

Kuroge Wagyu Beef Sashitoro Ponzu Jus

Only the finest and finest sashi (fine marbling) is carefully selected and sliced into thin slices from among the best Wagyu black cattle. The flavor of the refined fat spreads in your mouth and goes perfectly with the refreshing ponzu jelly topping. (150 yen)
