Pudding Pumpkin "Souffle Pudding Pumpkin" is a seasonal flavor of FamilyMart's popular "Souffle Pudding" sweet. Since its launch in November 2018, "Souffle Pudding" has been well received as a "hybrid sweet" that allows customers to enjoy the "soft and fluffy" texture of cheese souffle and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of custard pudding at the same time.


The new "Souffle Pudding Pumpkin" is a seasonal flavor that combines a rich, sticky pumpkin pudding and a pumpkin cheese souffle with the same soft and fluffy texture as the "Souffle Pudding". The unique flavor and sweetness of pumpkin can be enjoyed to the fullest.

The richly flavored pumpkin pudding is steamed to achieve a smooth texture. The pumpkin cheese soufflé on top of the pudding is also baked in hot water to create a moist and fluffy texture.
