Scone "Pumpkin Scone" is a scone baked with pumpkin dice and paste in the dough, finished with a line of pumpkin coating and crispy pumpkin seeds. A hint of cinnamon enhances the sweetness of the pumpkin and adds a rich flavor and deep richness.


At the recommendation of my partner (a waiter), I asked him to heat them up lightly. The crispy dough is light and crumbly, and when you bite into it, it crumbles into a soft and fluffy crust! The pumpkin seed topping adds a savory, crispy texture.


The slight sweetness of the pumpkin and the aroma of cinnamon go well together. The combination of the pumpkin's dusty texture and the scone dough's mildness makes this a perfect autumn dish. I would love to pair this with a cup of coffee.
