The "Hakuto and Setouchi Lemon Parfait" is a limited time only parfait made with white peach pulp, white peach juice, and Setouchi lemon. White peach ice cream with white peach juice is mixed with a ribbon of refreshingly sour Japanese plum sauce to accentuate the taste and appearance. The fruity white peach mousse made with white peach juice, smooth white peach jelly, and crunchy Setouchi lemon granita also create a textural contrast that can be enjoyed.

In addition, the parfait is served with a compote made from extra-ripe white peaches soaked in white peach sauce, making it a lovely looking parfait that can be easily eaten after dinner.

The parfait will end as soon as it is gone.
The parfait will be sold at 410 yen (including tax) and 430 yen (including tax) at some stores.
