How does the avocado mackerel dip taste?
It is creamy and smooth. The richness of the avocado is mellow, and the protein-rich yet powerful flavor of the mackerel gradually seeps out. The contrasting textures of the avocado and the firm mackerel complement each other nicely. The spicy Tabasco accent adds a nice aftertaste. It is not bad without it, but it may seem a little monotonous.
This avocado-savory dip has a rich but not heavy, refreshing flavor. We recommend dipping it generously into bread for a hearty and nutritious breakfast. If you want to make it a snack, add a dash of Tabasco or pepper. You can also enjoy it sprinkled with nuts and cheese.
