canned mackerel (esp. the chub mackerel, Scomber japonicus) 1 can (about 110 g solid)
onion (edible plant, Allium cepa) 20g (0.71oz)
lemon juice (ingredient) 1 teaspoon
Salt, pepper, Tabasco small quantity

Ingredients

1 avocado
1 can of mackerel in water (about 110 g solid)
20 g onion
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper, a dash of Tabasco

Directions

Chop onion, soak in water and wipe well.
