Tofu Potato Salad Style Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 piece cotton tofu- 1/2 cucumber
- 2-3 slices loin ham
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of pepper

Directions
1. Add a small amount of salt (not included in the quantity) to thinly sliced cucumber and fir, then squeeze out the water when wilted. 2. Cut roast ham into strips. Boil the eggs and mash them roughly with a fork.2. Mix drained* tofu with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. A masher is helpful, but you can also use a spoon to mash the mixture.
To drain the tofu, wrap it in kitchen paper and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, but you can also wrap it in kitchen paper and microwave it for 3 minutes (500W) to shorten the time.
