1 tbsp cotton tofu 3 tablespoons potato starch1 tablespoon of salad oil

How to make
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and honey in a container.Put a weight on the tofu, drain it for about 1 hour (or heat it in a microwave oven at 500W for 4 minutes), and cut it into bite-sized pieces. This time, I sliced one piece at half height and cut each into 3x4.
