I have tried the "Sakura full bloom set" where you can eat "Ebiebi Sakura Shrimp Tendon" and "Sakura Soba" together. It's a bowl of fried spring ingredients and buckwheat noodles with extruded cherry blossoms in both color and aroma.

The price of the cherry blossom full bloom set is 1,080 yen (tax included). It's been a while since I ordered soba at Tenya. Although there were still chilly days, I hesitated to say cold soba, but I was attracted by the gorgeousness to see and asked for it.

・ Sakura soba

When you arrive on the tray, it has a luxurious atmosphere. I'll have it from soba right away. Not only the color but also the fragrance is really fluffy. It's a rare experience to eat food with the smell of flowers other than sweets, and it's a little exciting.


Even if you pass the soba through the tuyu, the scent of cherry blossoms will not be drowned out, and you can enjoy it with a smooth texture. However, if you drop a lot of wasabi that comes with you into the tuyu, you will lose. I like to use wasabi to squeeze buckwheat noodles, so I ended up doing it, but I should have been more careful.
