・ Spring-scented Sakurawa Parfait
On top of the matcha mousse, the cherry blossoms with cherry leaf extract kneaded into white bean paste, Domyoji, fresh cream, and salted cherry blossom petals are colorfully topped. You can enjoy the faint bitterness of matcha mousse and the faint scent of cherry blossoms. The price is 285 yen (tax included, same below).


・ Spring-scented cherry dorayaki eaten with a spoon
A “dessert to eat with a spoon”, which is made by layering two layers of bean paste and cherry cream made from Hokkaido azuki beans with a chewy dorayaki dough. You can also enjoy the gorgeous appearance that feels the arrival of spring. The price is 270 yen.


・ Spring scented cherry cream puff
In the choux pastry, cherry cream using cherry leaf extract and sakura mochi-style mochi sauce are included. The upper surface of the fabric is covered with cherry-colored glaze. The price is 180 yen.


・ Sakura mochi
A Japanese confectionery made from mochi dough flavored with pickled cherry leaves and wrapped in red bean paste using red beans from Hokkaido. The price is 150 yen.


・ 2 pieces of steamed YOMOGI bread of cherry blossoms and azuki beans
A chewy steamed bread dough kneaded with YOMOGI from Miyagi prefecture, topped with sweet natto of Hokkaido azuki beans and salted cherry blossoms. The refreshing flavor of wormwood, the salty taste of cherry blossoms, and the sweetness of Amanatto go well together. The price is 125 yen.

Bread wrapped in domestically produced sakura bean paste with a moist and smooth dough. The price is 130 yen.
