Spring classic, fried whitebait bento!
At each Hotto Motto store, the standard spring product "Kamaage Shirasu Bento" using domestic shirasu will be released on April 16th. The price is 460 yen (tax included).
This is a bento that goes well with warm rice and you can enjoy the plump kamaage udon made in Japan. It is finished with a special soy sauce based on Kokuchi soy sauce.

The side dishes are omelet, boiled vegetables, crispy fried shrimp, lotus root, eggplant, and green bean tempura. Tentsuyu is a tasty soup with the scent of dried bonito and the umami of kelp.
