A new product, "Kamaage Shirasu Bento," will be released on March 1st at each Hokka Hokka Tei store. The price is 460 yen.

Plump "Shirasu" goes well with rice!

"Kamaage Shirasu Bento" is a new product that uses "Kamaage Shirasu" from the Seto Inland Sea. It seems to be eaten with the attached book brewed soy sauce. The faint scent of shirasu fried in a pot and the soft, fluffy texture go well with warm rice.
