Unagi Tsuruya "Unadon"

"Unagi Tsuruya" is about a 2-minute walk from Asakusa Station in Tokyo. Eel is a restaurant with a signboard menu that has maintained its "unchanging deliciousness" since its establishment in 1958.

There are also menus such as tempura

I really wanted to eat "Unagi" with plenty of eel, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Instead, I ordered "Unadon," which uses half of the eel. The price is 1,850 yen (tax included).

A large bowl that was delivered within 5 minutes of ordering. Pickles and soup are included in the set. When you open the lid, you can see an eel with a glossy sauce.

Appetizing

The body is plump and soft. The spicy sauce catches the sweetness of the fat that melts each time you chew. Impression that the sauce is not too thick and the taste of eel is elegantly enhanced. Sprinkle with Japanese pepper for a refreshing spiciness.

happiness

The rice with the sauce is also delicious. The hard-cooked rice and the soft eel go great together. There is volume and I am satisfied with my stomach and heart.

Recommended when you want to enjoy delicious eels "relatively reasonably and speedily" in Asakusa. A variety of customers, from one person to families and foreign tourists, visited all the time.
