This is a sweet made by rolling Uji matcha custard cream and Uji matcha whipped cream with a matcha sponge. 1.2 times as much matcha as the conventional matcha roll cake is used.


Uji Matcha is from "Kyoto Marukyu Koyamaen," which won the Minister's Award 21 times at the National Tea Fair. Only Uji matcha "Shirobasu", which has a higher fragrance, is used so that you can enjoy matcha firmly.
