"Tsujiri Dark Matcha Chocolate & Crunch 90ml (3.04us fl oz)" has been released from the "Tsujiri" Matcha series sold by the Meiji era. The editorial department got it at a convenience store in Tokyo and it was 184 yen (tax included).
