At each 7-ELEVEN store (excluding some stores), 6 sweets will be released sequentially from March 6th as "Matcha Sweets Fair".

The fair products use Uji matcha from "Kyoto Marukyu Koyamaen," which won the Minister's Award 21 times at the National Tea Fair. It seems that only Uji matcha "Shirobasu", which has a higher fragrance, is used so that you can enjoy matcha firmly.

・ The "Uji Matcha Cream Pie" released on March 6 is a Japanese-Western eclectic sweet with Uji Matcha cream sandwiched between pies. The pie is carefully baked in a dedicated factory, and you can enjoy the aroma of butter. The price is 200 yen (tax included, same below).


"Fluffy dark Uji matcha bracken (with black honey)" is the Uji matcha flavor of the "Fluffy bracken" series. Black honey and Uji matcha cream are wrapped in warabi mochi dough. By increasing the amount of Uji matcha 1.2 times compared to last year (2017), it is said that it has a strong flavor. The price is 120 yen.


・ "Dark Machamoko" released on March 13 is a product of the "Shiromoko" series, which is 1.2 times more Uji matcha. Matcha cream is contained in the "fluffy texture" dough that is baked under strict temperature control. The price is 140 yen.


"Matcha Warabi & Shiratama Cream Zenzai" is a Japanese sweet with Uji matcha cream, matcha warabi mochi, and shiratama on azuki bean paste from Tokachi, Hokkaido. Black honey is put in matcha warabi mochi, and the surface is sprinkled with strong Uji matcha. The price is 298 yen.


・ The "Dark Uji Matcha Roll" released on March 20 is a sweet made by rolling Uji Matcha custard cream and Uji Matcha whipped cream with a matcha sponge. It seems that 1.2 times as much matcha as the conventional matcha roll cake is used. The price is 210 yen.


"Uji Matcha Wamurat" is the Uji Matcha flavor of the "Wamuretto" series. Dora-yaki dough carefully baked on a copper plate, wrapped with red bean paste, Uji matcha cream, and matcha sauce. The price is 160 yen.
