This will be released on Labor Thanksgiving Day. It was developed under the theme of "fatigue recovery reward sweets" from the desire to "reward yourself for working with the finest dishes that you can't always taste".

Whipped cream made with plenty of Uji matcha from Kyoto "Yamamasa Koyamaen" is kneaded with honey-pickled azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and rolled up with cake dough baked with 100% domestic rice flour. The dough has a fluffy texture and you can enjoy the melting texture. In addition, the cream inside is said to have a delicate taste with a slight sweetness that spreads after the bitterness of matcha.
