Cremia Soft "Nishio Matcha & White Chocolate"

"Matcha Sweets Fair" will be held from May 8th to 28th at Ecute Tokyo in Tokyo Station. A lineup of more than 20 types of matcha sweets using Uji matcha and gyokuro. There will also be new products from 2017 and limited edition products that can only be purchased at Ecute Tokyo.

Of particular note are Chef Hirohiro Tsujiguchi's 2017 new work "Takumi no An Cheese Tart (Uji Matcha)" (250 yen, tax included, same below) from "Waraku Beniya" and Hana Syumpoo's Muromachi Half-ripe "Tokyo". "Torori-Matcha-" (1,296 yen), Hint Index Book's cremia soft serve "Nishio Matcha & White Chocolate" (650 yen), etc.
