The avocado and salmon salad udon is a "luxury salad udon" that was developed with a focus on ingredients and dressing under the theme of "Western restaurant salad". Salad and avocado are topped on a salad of lettuce, carrots, pumpkin, radish and paprika. In addition, there are two types of dressing, "creamy herb dressing" and "21 items of grated vegetable dressing". Prices start from 550 yen.

On the other hand, "Healthy Tempura" is a tempura that cuts oil content by up to 40% per 100 grams compared to conventional tempura. The original tempura flour, which is a blend of domestic rice flour that does not easily absorb oil, is used, and the cooking method, such as how to put on the batter and how to fry it, has been changed to create a "healthy" finish.
