This product is a cream puff made from "specialty" puff pastry and custard cream. The choux pastry is baked with "croquembouche dough" made from roasted almonds, and custard cream with a high egg yolk mix and "French monlenion vanilla" is added.
It is said that the aroma of almonds is maximized by slowly baking it for about 1.5 times longer than usual.
