Finally sales resume!

"Phantom honey cream puff", which had been discontinued due to a flood of orders, has been reopened on June 22 at the EC site and stores of Cake House Lausanne. The store selling price is 220 yen per piece (tax included, same below).

The phantom honey cream puff is a sweet made with plenty of Lausanne's original blend of honey. It features a "rich but refreshing" honey custard cream. The choux pastry is said to have an elegant taste that is fragrant but slightly sour.

This product was flooded with orders for 14,400 pieces in just one day when it became popular due to word of mouth. Although production could not catch up and sales were unavoidably discontinued, the production system was strengthened and sales were resumed. You can purchase from one at the store. On the EC site, one box (8 pieces) is sold for 1,760 yen. See the official Lausanne website for details.
