Shari Cola is a drink made from amazake made from rice jiuqu, combined with the flavor of cola, and added with rice vinegar as a secret ingredient. When you put it in your mouth, the refreshing sweetness spreads, and after swallowing, the mellow scent of amazake disappears.



"Kakigori sushi cola" is made from this syrup and sprinkled on the shaved ice. It has a richer sweetness than sushi cola and feels thick like mosquitoes, but it is fresh and has a refreshing aftertaste because it is eaten while mixing ice and crispy! The unique scent of amazake is also alive and well.
