"The CRUSTY CRAB", a "home-cooked" restaurant where you can enjoy seafood by hand, will open in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture on April 1st.

The signboard menu is three types of "combos" that you can eat by hand. The lineup includes 400g (14.11oz) of "Today's Crab Combo" containing crab, shrimp, seafood, etc., "Shrimp Combo" with shrimp as the main, and "Seafood Combo" with shellfish as the main.

Three types of sauce are prepared. You can choose your favorite from "Tomato Spice Original Sauce", "Cajun Sauce" and "Lemon Garlic Sauce". In addition, tomato sauce can be selected from three levels of spiciness. In addition, special gloves will be prepared so that your hands will not get dirty.

For dessert, there is also "Crash Dolce" which is crushed with a tonkachi and eaten. Cookies and brownies are wrapped in dessert sheets and served. When it "crashes" to the desired size from the outside, open the sheet and sprinkle with sauce to taste.

The store is located on the 1st floor of Hotel Resol Nagoya, 3-25-6 Meieki, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. Business hours are from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning, from 11:30 to 14:00 in the afternoon, and from 17:00 to 23:00 in the evening.
