An early summer version of the "Adult Reward Parfait" using fruit tomatoes and Nishio Matcha will be offered at The Strings Hotel Nagoya's Italian Dining "Zillion" from April 29th to June 30th. The price is 1,300 yen each (tax included, 12% service charge not included).

"Fruit tomato and honey parfait from Aichi prefecture" is a sorbet that combines fruit tomatoes and berries from Aichi, Ise salt, tomatoes made with honey from Aichi and Chita Peninsula, mozzarella cheese cream, chamomile jelly, Parfait with soy milk. You can enjoy the changes in sweetness, acidity, and saltiness.

"Nishio Matcha and Isecha no Wa Parfait" is a Japanese-style parfait that uses matcha from Nishio (Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture) and Isecha from Mie Prefecture. Contains ice cream and black honey jelly from Aichi's country-filled mandarin oranges, matcha raw chocolate with sake from Aichi's brewery, and black soybean gold powder sable. You can also enjoy the garden-like appearance of macaroons and chocolate.
