The Spring version of "Adult Reward Parfait" will be offered from March 1st at The Strings Hotel Nagoya's Italian dining "Zillion". The price is 1,500 yen (tax included, 12% service charge not included).

"Yae Sakura and Nishio Matcha Mont Blanc Parfait" is a Japanese-style Mont Blanc parfait with the image of cherry blossoms. On top of the cherry jelly with tapioca and red currant, Mont Blanc finished with white candy and custard-based sakura cream is placed. You can enjoy it with cherry apricot kernel, Nishio matcha ice cream, cherry pound cake, and setoka mandarin compote.

"Black Truffle and Chocolate Luxury Parfait 2017 Spring Ver." Is a low-sweetness milk ice cream with plenty of truffles, sour Dominica chocolate ice cream with spicy hazelnut sable. parfait. Griot cherries soaked in Kirsch are the accent.

"Red berry and Kaga bar tea beauty parfait" is a parfait that combines seasonal berries with hibiscus, rose hips, and rose. The fragrant taste of Kaga bar tea is added. It also contains red herb jelly and is finished in a gorgeous dish.
